PRESIDENT DUTERTE HAS SIGNED THE ANTI AGE CONTRACT

🌍 Reminders for all Filipino applicants who are planning to apply for PAL Express please read this carefully.🛫

⭐ Last year the PAL Express usually have walk in for screening interview every Tuesdays and we usually see The Crew of Choice by PAL Express and sir Leonides posts how many slots left when they stll need cabin crews during that time last year.

⭐ I recently asked a question from someone who is working from PAL express too and she told me this:

"We still process applications by invitation but for pooling purposes. If an applicant passes the EPI and the test, they will be asked to wait for us to call them for MTP when we finally decide to hire. Thanks!"

🌻 Terms: (For those who will be asking)

🌸 What is EPI and MTP stands for?

✨☞ EPI is Executive Panel Interview

✨☞ MTP is Meet the President. :)

✨☞ MTP is also MTP and executives which is the last step.

⭐ So for those who have submitted through email you will only get a response from (2P) PAL Express NOT from (PR) main PAL because the PAL Express is the one taking over for hiring NOT ANYMORE in the Main PAL in PNB Pasay since the very last batch the Main PAL accepted applicants was the Batch year 2016 and those who passed the interview 2 years ago in PAL PNB Pasay they were called back this year for medical requirements.

(Even if you will walk in through main PAL PNB they will just accept your resume and keep it but there is NO MORE HIRING in the main PAL PNB only for applicants who are residing here in Metro Manila but for all applicants based in Cebu the Main PAL accepts applicants in Cebu just wait for the day they will hire again).

⭐ All applicants residing in Metro Manila will go through PALEX in PAL GATE 1 Terminal 3 Nichols Andrews Avenue Pasay City but for now they are currently for pooling only.

⭐ Once you submitted your resume through email you will recieve this response from (2P) PALEX:

Dear Applicant,

Mabuhay!

Thank you for expressing interest in seeking employment with PAL express.

Please be informed that your application will be subjected for evaluation. Should you qualify for any vacant post, we shall contact you for a scheduled assessment. Otherwise, we shall keep your profile in our active pool for future reference.

(I sent email both to PAL and PALEX but only PALEX responded because the main PAL is not hiring anymore).

⭐ If you get hired as a cabin crew from PALEX sir Leonides post a message before from the group of Aspirants last year that if you get to fly for 2 years in PAL Express they will promote their crews to main PAL and fly international.

❤ I will be sharing with you what really happens during the screening interview for PAL and PALEX. This is for those who haven't tried yet applying in PAL and PALEX.

🏵 For Philippine Airlines INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

💕 Everyone inside the room will be getting an application form to fill out and you will submit that application form together with all documents needed like pictures resume and TOR/COE.

💕 There will be like 25 to 30 applicants inside the room sitting in the chairs and each applicant will stand infront introducing yourself for 3-5 minutes while the interviewers and the rest of the applicants will be watching you.

💕 After all applicants are done introducing themselves if your name gets to be called and you will recieve a paper "Thank you for applying" that means you didn't pass the interview and those who were called will go home.

💕 If your name wasn't called that means you pass the interview.

🏵 For PAL Express INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

💕 There are about 150 to 200 applicants or more during the regular day walk in for screening interview every Tuesdays last year.

💕 You will register your name on the laptop and to the attendance sheet to get a number. After filling out the application form you will pass your resume/CV and wait for your number to be called.

💕 There will be 10 in a group to prepare and get ready but before they enter the room everyone should remove the blazers and accessories earings, bracelets and watch.

💕 Then once the 10 of you are inside the room all applicants are standing infront of the panel interviewers and each applicant by number will state your:

☘ Name

☘ Age (There is NO AGE LIMIT ANYMORE. 30 years old above are accepted and can apply)

☘ Describe yourself in ONE WORD explain why only in short description

☘ Then everyone will turn left to right and show your arms if you have visible tattoo or scars.

☘ Once everyone is done all of them will wait outside and will be called to find out the result if everyone passed or failed.

📌Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. At least 4 years in College at ANY COURSE is acceptable.

📌Minimum of 18 years old. NO AGE LIMIT

📌With a height of at least 5' 3" for female and 5' 6" for male

📌Weight must be proportionate to height

📌Physically fit

📌High standard of personal appearance and grooming

📌No tattoos visible while wearing the PAL express uniform

📌Clear complexion

📌Empathetic with a positive attitude

📌Willing to work in a domestic and international environment

📌Should be fluent in English and Tagalog. Foreign language is a plus

👉FOR THOSE WHO ARE INVITED ONLY FOR AN INTERVIEW YOU MAY PREPARE FOR THESE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED:

* Please come in business attire. For female - preferably wearing pencil cut skirt, sleeveless blouse (with blazer), formal close toed shoes (at least 2 inches). The hair should be fixed in a bun. For male - long sleeves with necktie and slacks.

* Must bring the following:

📍- 2pcs 2x2 picture with royal blue background. For female, must wear decent sleeveless blouse, hair should be fixed in a bun and in full make up. For male, business attire.

📍- 4R whole body picture with royal blue background. For female, must be wearing pencil cut skirt, decent sleeveless blouse, hair should be fixed in a bun and in full make up, formal close toed shoes (at least 2 inches). For male, business attire

👄 Dental braces is not allowed when you apply for cabin crew.
