I keep receiving messages from aspiring cabin crews about the airlines available in the Philippines that strictly requires arm reach test or that has minimum height requirements for cabin crew position.

The agency here in the Philippines who handles both Saudia and Qatar is the Industrial Personnel and Management Services, Inc. (IPAMS).

👉They only require arm reach test even if they will measure your height and weight to know if your weight is proportioned to your height.

👉There is no height requirement for Qatar Airways and Saudi Arabian Airlines you just need to reach 212cm/6'11"feet in tip toes with your left and right arms only.

🔖It doesn't matter if your 5'1" or 5 feet flat as long as you have longer arms you can try to apply. But for those who have shorter arms even if you are already 5'2"/5'3" in height just keep on practicing more at home before you start to plan as walk in at IPAMS.
