Cabin Crew FINAL INTERVIEW process for Oman Airlines at STB-DJL agency Philippines

Let me share with you my experience when I had my final interview at Stb-Djl Human Link Inc. for Oman Air cabin crew position.
Since I'm not really good in makeup I was adviced on my second screening to have a home service makeup artist early in the morning but I can't afford that so I let my mom do my hair and makeup at 4:00am. Even if my mom was really tired she knows how this event is important to me. Then I asked my dad to drive me all the way to STB-DJL before 7:00am.
So as soon as I got there at 6:30am there are many shortlisted candidated already falling in line to sign up for attendance.
The employers told us that all who are from letters A-K surnames/last names should walk directly at Oyo hotel near STB-DJL while others waited for 3-4 hours at STB-DJL.
We all have no idea what's gonna be the process yet until I asked someone who came back to STB-DJL what's the step by step process.
She told me the grooming first will be checked one by one and if your number wouldn't be called that means you did not pass the groom test/physical screening.
So in order for you to pass the physical screening your height should be above 157cm and your weight should be proportioned to your height. Make sure you don't have any pimple scars/big moles or scars at your arms and below the knees because the foreign recruiters are the one checking not the employers from STB-DJL.
They let everyone finish first before they announce who passed and if your number wasn't mention that means you failed the physical screening.
For those who passed they will have an examination and interview will be the next step.
Expect that it will take whole day for the Final interview process because it almost reached 300 shortlisted candidates for Final interview.
Bring your water jug and sandwich. Sometimes it will reach late at night to finish the exam and final interview so be prepared for this.
The grooming itself was finished almost 3:00pm we all started at 7:00am.
Always make sure when you are already selected for final interview you should take care of your skin and measure your weight every now and then before the final interview since the foreign recruiters from Oman are very very strict.
✈Tips and advice to take care of your skin:
๐Ÿ‘‰ Don't stay up late at night you have to sleep early at least 8 hours a day because pimples usually come out if you lack in sleep.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Drink lots of water everyday
๐Ÿ‘‰ You can use ice to freshen up your face
๐Ÿ‘‰ Buy hypo allergenic products or anti acne
๐Ÿ‘‰ Avoid sleeping with makeup on your face
๐Ÿ‘‰ Always wash your face every morning and night time.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Avoid eating oily foods
✈Tips and advice on how to lose weight:
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do cardio excercise walk all day
๐Ÿ‘‰ Avoid eating too much at night
๐Ÿ‘‰ Less rice and more veggies and fruits in the morning. Add up with boiled eggs.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Do jogging every morning at least for 20 to 30 minutes
๐Ÿ‘‰ Don't eat too much sweets and potatoes and no junk food.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Avoid drinking softdrinks and caffine (coffee) ☕
๐Ÿ‘‰ You can drink tea ๐Ÿต
Applying for a cabin crew job is not as easy what you think it is since you get to spend all the time printing all of the documents required and having photos printed in every airline you apply for but there's no assurance/guarantee if your gonna pass the physical screening same goes to other airlines as well. All are very strict unlike in some airlines that only requires arm reach test.
In case you get lucky next time when you apply again make sure to study about oman air and tge history itself. Try to research online what are the strengths and weaknesses and what is customer service. Research also about the job description of a cabin crew. Try to practice at home speaking in English and infront of the mirror and also maintain your diet everyday.
