How to "Handle Rejections" after you applied too many times for your "Dream Job as Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew in the Philippines"

If your plan doesn't work whenever you keep trying to apply for cabin crew / flight attendant with the same airline company in the Philippines ✈🇵🇭

🌍 Why not try to apply abroad but it would be at your own travel expense. It is a risky plan but it will definitely be worth it.

I know its difficult to keep pushing yourself to try over and over after you get rejections you will still try again.

Do not force yourself if there is no way you can be able meet the airline cabin crew standards here in the Philippines.

Do not limit yourself to apply only in the Philippines were there are so many airlines and opportunities once you go out of the country.

A lot of OFW's have tried to take other jobs first abroad before they applied and become a cabin crew in Middle East or in Europe or in Canada or in USA and other Asian countries.

If you cannot meet the requirements and qualifications here in the Philippines you will just get tired of trying and trying and trying until you will stop and give up...

OR CONTINUE THIS DREAM WITH A RISK TO TAKE WHICH IS TRYING TO FOCUS TO GET ANY JOB FIRST AND SAVE MONEY FOR YOUR TRAVEL EXPENSE AND TRY TO APPLY ABROAD.

Always remember....

You are not getting any younger....

Time is running out and it will be wasted if you keep on trying but you still cannot meet the airline cabin crew requirements.

I'm not telling you to stop chasing your dream job. I'm helping you guys to be more open minded in other things. Maybe this is not the right time for you and God wants you to realize that. The Lord is leading you to another path for you to grow and do what is important first.

I know it is going to be difficult to accept but once you trust God's way nothing is impossible.

This will be your next plan especially to the younsters who are fresh graduates.

As we all know only 5% out of 100% gets lucky when you apply for cabin crew / flight attendant here in the Philippines.

NOT EVERYONE WILL BE GIVEN A CHANCE.

So in order for you to make this plan work just follow these steps:

👉 FINISH YOUR STUDIES FIRST!

DO NOT RUSH. TRY TO COMPLETE EVEN A COLLEGE DEGREE. IT WILL HELP YOU GET ANY JOB LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL AFTER COLLEGE.

👉 TAKE ANY JOB WHETHER YOU LIKE THE JOB OR NOT.

THE IMPORTANT THING IS YOU WILL HAVE A WORK EXPERIENCE TO ADD IN YOUR CV/RESUME AND EARN YOUR OWN MONEY.

DO NOT COMPLAIN IF THE SALARY IS LOW.

LOVE YOUR JOB!

👉 BE PATIENT!

TRY TO STAY WITHIN 2 - 3 YEARS IN YOUR JOB. ITS MUCH BETTER THAT WAY INSTEAD OF RESIGNING LESS THAN 1 YEAR.

IT TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO SAVE MONEY BEFORE YOU TRAVEL ABROAD.

👉 MAKE SURE YOU ARE SETTLED DOWN WITH YOUR MONEY SAVINGS BEFORE PLANNING TO GO ABROAD.

YOU NEED TO HAVE A POCKET MONEY SINCE ITS GOING TO BE EXPENSIVE TO PAY FOR YOUR AIRLINE TRAVEL AND BOOK FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION.

TRY TO APPLY ONLINE IN ANY AIRLINE TO THE COUNTRY YOU PLAN TO VISIT.

RESEARCH ONLINE AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU.

ONCE YOUR READY TO TRAVEL ALWAYS SAY YOUR PLANNING TO GO FOR A VACATION ONLY IN THE IMMIGRATION AT THE AIRPORT.

DO NOT TELL THEM YOUR PLANNING TO LOOK FOR A JOB OR ELSE THEY WON'T LET YOU TRAVEL ABROAD.

Let me share to all of you a story to one of the aspirant who also struggled applying for cabin crew jobs here in the Philippines just like us.

Before I started to create a group 2 years ago here on facebook that is now called: "Future Filipino FA/Cabin Crews Philippines(Airline Aviation Aspirants)" and Become a Flight Attendant Philippines page but the page got disabled and created a new one which is this page "World Aviation Philippines for Future Flight Attendant Aspirants"

He joined the group and started to ask me some questions. He also shared me his stories that he got rejected too many times at Asiasia, Cebu Pacific and PAL Express.

He works as a Call Center Agent. I told him to try to apply abroad maybe his luck is in other airlines and not here in the Philippines.

I did not know he took my advice seriously and when he finally have saved money to travel abroad he tried to apply to an open day recruitment of Qatar Airways in Malaysia because last year only female applicants can apply for Qatar Airways here in the Philippines at IPAMS agency however the sad news is this year 2019 the Qatar Airways has stopped hiring.

Anyway going back to the story of the aspirant. He got so lucky when he passed Qatar Airways in Malaysia open day recruitment. He applied at 32 years old and now as a cabin crew flying at Qatar Airways.

SO DON'T LOSE HOPE!

MAYBE YOU ARE NOT MEAN'T TO BE A CABIN CREW HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES BUT YOU ARE MEAN'T TO BE AN INTERNATIONAL CABIN CREW ABROAD.

ALWAYS PRAY AND YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS THROUGH HARDWORK, DETERMINATION AND PERSEVERANCE.
