How to Accept Rejections Everytime you apply for Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant position in the Philippines

Don't feel bad or don't take it too personally if you got rejected when you applied for cabin crew position. Try to understand they are just doing their jobs to choose who they think are qualified. It doesn't matter if your beautiful, tall, with clear complexion like you already have all the qualifications that they need because you spent a lot trying to fix your teeth or going to a weekly treatment at a dermatologist but still it really depends if the HR/ Recruiter likes you.

What do I mean by that? 

First impression lasts... so once you show from the beginning that you greet everyone and smile... You wouldn't noticed they are already observing you from the moment you enter the room. Always remember that the personality or your attitude is important!

If you show a friendly personality with all smiles on your face one of the recruiters might noticed that. This tips or advice may or may not work out... like i said it still depends to the recruiters if you impressed them not just with your personality or attitude but also on how you groom yourself like from the way you dress up (shoes and wear makeup for ladies), stand, walk, sit as if your like a model because your gonna represent their airline that's why they have the highiest standards when you apply for cabin crew/ flight attendant. 

You may take a flight attendant school to learn what its like to be a cabin crew and through personality development you will be improved from the way you sit, stand and walk gracefully or you may also want to try to watch youtube videos from cabin crew vloggers cause its really gonna help you a lot if your out of budget/cannot afford to pay for a flight attendant school. 

HOWEVER EVEN IF YOU SPENT A LOT OF MONEY FOR AN FA TRAINING SCHOOL THE ONLY RECOMMENDATION THEY CAN GIVE TO YOU AFTER YOU GRADUATE IS THEY WILL ONLY PASS YOUR RESUME TO THE AIRLINE COMPANY BUT IN THE END YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN WITHOUT ANY BACKER.

Even a former cabin crew gets rejected when they already have an experience flying to other airline and that's how difficult it is to apply for this dream job.

Always expect they are always strict in physical screening especially during open days recruitment when there are hundreds of applicants applying...

NEVER SHOW HOW MUCH YOU FELT BAD EVERYTIME YOU GET REJECTED...

- Never ever show that you don't like their airlines because they keep on rejecting you since it will all reflect back to you. They may not consider those applicants who are complaining all the time in the future because of how you showed them even if your just expressing yourself its still very wrong to say foul words against their company. 

- Try to stay professional at all times by just keeping to yourself how you really feel because you wouldn't know that some people you might shared with may reach to the people working in the airline company and would take notice of your bad behavior. So just be careful on what you post online you wouldn't also know the airlines do the profile check of an applicant.

Tips:

You may try to apply to a regular walk in or through invite once you send your resume through their email instead of attending open days recruitment. There's a possible chance you can pass if there are only few people attending.
