Main Philippine Airlines and PAL Express are DIFFERENT AIRLINE COMPANIES.

Once you got invited for a scheduled interview all you have to do is to bring your complete resume, transcript of records, and a 2x2 ID picture. Please be in corporate attire and proceed to the specified venue.

Please do take note though of the requirements to be a Philippine Airlines or PAL Express cabin crew:
๐Ÿ”– Minimum height of 5'3" for female and 5'6" for male.

๐Ÿ”– At least 18 years of age.
NO AGE LIMIT! Above 30 years old can apply!

๐Ÿ”– Married applicants are accepted!
๐Ÿ”– Weight must be proportionate to height and must be physically fit
๐Ÿ”– College graduate
๐Ÿ”– Clear complexion
๐Ÿ”– Good set of teeth

๐Ÿ”– 20/20 perfect eye vision. For those in contact lens, vision must not be beyond 20/30
Fluent in English and Filipino, both spoken and written.

๐Ÿ”– Good visual impact and pleasing personality
๐Ÿ”– No maximum age limit, married and with children are allowed
๐Ÿ”– No visible tattoos when in PAL or PAL Express uniform.
๐ŸŒ Ready to be assigned in any of the PAL or PAL Express hubs outside Metro Manila.

The difference of PAL and PALEX:
Philippine Airlines have more international flights while PAL Express have more domestic flights.

If you become a cabin crew at PAL Express once you stayed for 2 years at PALEX, they will absorb you. Only 4 years College graduates will have the privilege to be transferred to main PAL according to the cabin crew I have spoke with. So its much better to finish your studies even if PALEX gives exceptional to undergraduates.

In Philippine Airlines they are VERY STRICT! MUST BE 4 YEARS COLLEGE GRADUATE OF ANY COURSE.

๐ŸŒ After few years the Requirements and Qualifications changes in the Airline Industries for Philippines Cabin Crew or Flight Attendant positions. ๐Ÿ”น Before at Philippine Airlines they usually accept minimum 5'2" for FEMALES but now they accept 5'3" and above.
