What you need to know about when you apply for Flight Attendant or Cabin Crew in the Philippines (TAGALOG - ENGLISH POST)

🌟 PLEASE READ 🌟

Sa lahat nagtatanong kung kailangan ba maging maganda o matangkad o makinis para maging isang flight attendant or cabin crew ang sagot po ay hindi.

Unang tinitignan ng mga job recruiters or HR ay personality mo (ugali mo) kung paano mo nadadala sarili mo sa walk in screening interview.

Hindi kinakakailangan marunong o mahusay mag English. Basta kaya mo sagutin ang kahit anong question itatanong sayo yun ang importante at kailangan niyo paghandaan tulad ng: "How can you handle stress? Or "What are your stengths and weaknesses?" Or "Why should we hire you?" Or "Why do you want to become a Flight Attendant?"

Kung madalas ka naka smile at binabati mo lahat ng tao pati mga guards at janitors inoobserbahan yan minsan ng mga recruiters kahit di mo kilala o di mo napansin na recruiter sila batiin niyo pa rin ng good morning at ngumiti kayo always smile. 

Minor problem na lang ang scars at pimples. Kung hindi natatakban ng concealer ang malaking scar try to declare where you got your scar be honest. 

Walang taong perpekto lahat ng tao may peklat kaya wag kayo mag alala di naman talaga yun ang tinitignan ng mga recruiters.

Since kayo yung may gusto ng trabaho kayo mag aadjust sa standards ng airlines. Kung kinakailangan mag lose weight gawin niyo at wag kayo mag reklamo.

Kung sa Ceb Pac one size lang uniforms nila magkasya ba o hindi sa inyo its your problem. Try to discipline yourself not to eat too much and excercise everyday.

At sa mga bata post ng post you will be FA not now but soon it doesn't really make sense if you won't make any effort on your part.

If you want to be FA start now and not soon. Pero advice ko sa mga bata mag aral muna kayo kasi if in case hindi mag work out yung pangarap niyo magagamit niyo College degree niyo sa ibang trabaho kasi di rin pwede habang buhay nangangarap lang kayo.

Real talk ito straight forward na ko kasi mahirap din maghanap ng kahit anong trabaho para maka ipon ng pera sa future. We all know not everyone will become a cabin crew dahil thousands of people in the Philippines wants to become a flight attendant. Hindi lahat ng tao pwede bigyan ng chance dahil limited lang eroplano. Alanganin naman tanggapin nila lahat edi mapupuno ng FA yung kaka unting eroplano na meron ang bansa natin.

Dapat maging physically, emotionally and mentally prepared or handa kayo sa kung ano man pagsubok dumaan sa buhay niyo. 

Kung makapasa kayo sa interviews hindi pa doon nagtatapos dahil may bumabagsak sa medical at sa trainings. Dapat mapasa niyo yung everyday exams for 2-3 months at hindi kailangan professional swimmer basta marunong kayo lumangoy pag swimming matututunan naman yon once your in the training na. 

Hindi biro maging isang cabin crew / flight attendant kaya very strict ang mga airlines sa paghanap ng cabin crew. 

Kung mapapansin niyo bawat hiring nila minsan kokonti lang nakukuha minsan wala nakukuha. Matindi talaga kahit mag aapply ka pa lang. Madami ka kakompitensya kaya do something to stand out among thousands of applicants.

May ibang aspirants na umaabot ng ilang years nag aapply tulad ko ganun kahirap mag apply kahit your just going to state your name with smile and showing your arms during the initial screening interview. 

You have to bring your best no matter what.

Optional ang flight attendant school kung gusto niyo kunin pero hindi tinitignan ng recruiters kahit gaano karaming seminars and trainings na attend niyo.

Oo malaking tulong sa personality development pero sariling sikap pa rin yan kahit may recommendation ka ng school.

Any course is acceptable pag mag aapply ka sa (PAL) Philippine Airlines, (PALEX) PAL Express, and Japan Airlines at TDGHRM agency oero dapat 4 years College grad ka of ANY COURSE.

Only Airasia, Cebu Pacific, Flyadeal (at IPAMS agency) accepts High School graduates.

Pero sa Royal Air, Skyjet, Pan Pacific Airlines, Airswift and other commercial planes and chartered planes they accept at least College Level (2 years).

ABANGAN NIYO NA LANG SA MGA WORKABROAD AGENCIES KUNG MAG POPOST SILA THIS YEAR NG HIRING SA MGA INTERNATIONAL AIRLINES.

Dati kasi merong Vietjet pero once lang sila nag hire duto sa Pilipinas.

Yung Saudi Aramco 3 times nag hire 2017 at 2018 sa Gold Icon agency pero nung 2019 Ardcorp agency so abangan niyo this year kung magkakaroon ulit. (both male and female)

Yung madalas na agency nagpopost dati sa mga Middle East Airlines tulad ng Qatar, Saudia, Saudigulf at EK for CSA ay IPAMS agency kaso matagal na walang hiring sa Qatar Airways since March 2019 tapos di gaano hiring last year yung mga airlines tulad ng Saudia, Saudigulf at EK for CSA. 

PERO GOOD NEWS! MERON NA SILANG NEW AIRLINE HIRING THIS FEBRUARY 3-5 FLYADEAL (subsidiary of Saudia Airlines) for Females only.

Tapos yung agencies tulad ng STBDJL at MEJA madalas din dati nagpopost for Oman Airlines pero last year hindi sila nag hire.

Ang meron lang for now is JAPAN AIRLINES at TDGHRM (both male and female) at FLYADEAL sa IPAMS agency (females only) for international airlines dito sa Pilipinas ngayong February 2020.

Parati niyo na lang abangan sa mga workabroad agencies kung magkakaroon sila ng job post sa future for Cabin Crew/Flight Attendant position in the Philippines dahil HINDI LAHAT ng Airlines ay available dito sa bansa natin tulad ng CATHAY PACIFIC, ETIHAD AIRWAYS, DELTA AIRLINES, EMIRATES (stopped hiring Filipinos for now according to the cabin crews of EK pero available ang CSA position sa mga Pinoy) at iba pa... 

Dahil sa online application sa main websites nila mamimili ka ng country kung san available at dun ka pupunta at your own expense or dapat maging resident ka muna sa country nila bago ka mag aapply kasi walang agency dito sa Pilipinas naghahandle para sa airline nila.

Tandaan niyo walang ibang makakatulong sa inyo kundi sarili niyo lamang. Use your time wisely do a research online always read articles.
