๐ŸŒŸ Step 2: Initial Interview

☞ Introduce yourself in one minute
After that you will come forward to show your arms and turn left to right while smiling.

๐ŸŒŸ Step 3: Medical Exam
☞ Which consisted of:
๐Ÿ“Vision test,
๐Ÿ“Weight Check,
๐Ÿ“Height Check,
๐Ÿ“and Bone Density Test.

๐ŸŒŸ Step 4: Group Dynamics
(I will just give an example of Group Dynamics)

Any airline has random question like this how can you answer it?

Always remember no one is a leader everyone should give a chance to answer.

Group Dynamics example questions.
How can you solve the passenger's complaints?

You are working the London-Dubai sector, and you have the following complaints in the aircraft:

(Complain #1)
1A- Mr. Smith - frequent traveler complaints that he did not get a seat leg room.

(Complain #2)
10C - Mrs. Jones traveling with a child and an infant did not recieve a toy for her child.

(Complain #3)
12H - Mr. Rogers TV doesn't work

(Complain #4)
14K - Mr. Ford did not get his diabetic meal.

What is your priorities in solving this complaints and what solutions would you offer?

The group has 20 minutes to decide.

๐ŸŒŸ Step 5: Impact Interview/ Executive Panel Interview (EPI)

☞ Introduce again yourself in one minute

OR YOU WILL BE ASKED RANDOM QUESTIONS

Like:"Why do you want to become a cabin crew?"
Or "Why should we hire you?"
Or "What do you know about our airline?"
Or "What is customer service to you?"
Or "Why did you choose PAL?"

๐ŸŒŸ Step 6: Examination

☞ English and Math Exam

⚀ However during the real interview based on my previous experiences since 2010 until last year at Philippine Airlines PNB Bldg Macapagal Ave.... They will only ask you to introduce yourself within 1 minute. They will already judge you based on your personality how you present yourself and how you communicate with them. (From the way you deliver and speak)

⚁ They don't really care what's written on your resume if you had a training or not it really doesn't matter... They just want to see how confident you are and they are visualizing already if you would look good wearing the PAL uniform based on how you groom yourself starting from the hair, makeup (for ladies), your clothes and shoes. (No need to wear that much accessories just pearl earings (for ladies) and watch).

⚂ After that they will call those names who did not passed first and will give a "Thank You" letter while the applicants who passed will proceed to the medical. They are very strict with height and weight. Some were sent home because of over weight (you may check online on google what is the ideal weight for your height. No need to ask here) and some who lack in height were also sent home.
I have heard they are also checking if you are color blind and if you have scoliosis because some applicants were sent home because if that.

๐Ÿ“After medical will be group dynamics
๐Ÿ“After group dynamics would be English and Math exam...

Once you passed all of that you will be having a cabin crew training for 3 months. Remember that you cannot fail the 3 months training. Once you fail your out.

๐Ÿšฉ The SECRET TO SUCCESS is the "First Impression" from the recruiters... If they saw you greet everyone with a smile even the security guards or janitors... that would already be the sign they might notice you and that's how they observe the applicants before they start.

ALWAYS BE EARLY ON YOUR INTERVIEW...
