🚩Here's what you need to know 👉 You need to always check first your weight if it is proportioned to your height.  📌 You need to discipline yourself by maintining yourself in good shape and limit by not eating too much everyday.  📌 Start doing some exercise when you wake up in the morning. (Walking, Jogging & Stretching) ⛧ Since in Qatar Airways, Saudia Airlines, Saudigulf and Emirates Cabin Service Assistant you need to do the arm reach test make sure you practice stretching your arms at home. Try to reach the top of your door left or right arm one at a time in tip toes it actually helps. ⛧ Only Qatar, Saudia, Saudigulf and EK CSA do not have height requitements as long as you can reach 212cm in tip toes.
